Privacy Notice
Applies to the AstraGeneral pre-launch site and the Early Access Programme.
In short: we collect the details you type into the early access form, we use them only to contact you about early access, we do not sell or share them, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
1. Who we are
AstraGeneral AI Pvt.Ltd. is the data controller for personal data collected through this site. For any privacy question or request, contact privacy@astrageneral.com.
2. What we collect
Only what you enter in the early access form. We collect nothing else on this site.

3. Lawful basis
We process this data on the basis of your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. You may withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it.
4. How we use it
- To contact you about the Early Access Programme and the launch.
- To decide the order in which early access places are offered.
- To understand which problems matter most to prospective users.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not use it to train AI models.
5. Cookies and tracking
This site sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies and loads no third-party trackers. Your browser stores your form entry locally on your own device so a submission is not lost if the network fails; that copy stays on your device.
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for marketing. We use a form-processing service to receive submissions and an email provider to reply to you; both act on our instructions as processors. We disclose data otherwise only where the law requires it.
7. How long we keep it
Until the Early Access Programme closes, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever is sooner. If you do not become a customer, we delete your details within 24 months of your last contact.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Have inaccurate data corrected
- Have your data deleted
- Restrict or object to how we use it
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Complain to your data protection authority
These rights apply under the UK and EU GDPR and, in India, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. To exercise any of them, email privacy@astrageneral.com. We respond within 30 days.
9. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International transfers
Our service providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
11. Changes
If we change this notice we will update this page. Material changes affecting data you have already given us will be notified by email.
